The Glasgow Police Department responded to a wreck on Happy Valley Road  that involved four separate vehicles.  A 2012 Freightliner semi-truck driven by 55 year old Herman Brooks of Louisville was traveling west on Happy Valley Road and struck a  2006  Savana Van driven by 39 year old Justin Scott of Yoder Hills Road in Glasgow, which, in turn, forced  Mr. Scott’s van into a 2004 Saturn Vue driven by 56 year old William Purvis of Randolph Road in Edmonton..  Mr. Purvis’s Saturn Vue was then pushed into a 2011 Nissan Frontier driven by 37 year old Nathan Middleton of Old Main Street in Munfordville.  Mr. Purvis was transported to TJ Samson by Barren County EMS.    Witnesses at the scene all agreed that Mr. Brooks semi-truck changed lanes just prior to the collision.
