BUTLER COUNTY WOMAN INDICTED DUE TO ARSON PDF Print

An investigation into a suspicious residential fire has led to the Indictment of a Butler County woman. 43-year-old Rhonda “Missy” Marie Henderson was indicted by the Butler County Grand Jury in June for one count of Arson 1st Degree and two counts of Attempted Murder.  The indictment is a result of an Investigation conducted by Kentucky State Police Detective Terry Scott and Deputy State Fire Marshal Phil Fogle.  The fire occurred on January 19, 2013 at 3403 Dexterville-Oakhill Road in Butler County.

 

Investigators allege that Missy Henderson intentionally set fire to the residence while her husband, Jayme Henderson and his brother, Justin Henderson were asleep in their bedrooms.  Missy Henderson is lodged in the Butler County Jail. .
