Helen Louise Forsyth, age 73 of Glasgow, died Wednesday, July 17 2013 at Glasgow Health and Rehab Center. She was born May 9, 1940 to the late Edwin and Wynema  Claywell Jump. She was a dedicated employee of Barren Co. Health Care Center and Volunteered at other centers during retirement. She was a member of the Temple Baptist Church.

She is survived by a sister, Willa Licata, of Mississippi:  brother, Tom (Pat) Jump of Glasgow; beloved nieces and nephews, cherished friend/caregiver, Brenda Wright, cherished friend, Shirley Davidson and many more.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Wanda Mapes and a nephew, Stephen Licata.

Funeral services will be Saturday, July 20, at 2:00 P M at the McMurtrey Funeral Home with Rev. Dennis Hibbard officiating.  Burial will follow in the Union # 2 Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday, July 20 beginning at 11:00 AM until funeral time at 2:00 P M.
