MUNFORDVILLE MAN ARRESTED WITH 22 MARIJUANA PLANTS IN HOME PDF Print

On Tuesday, July 16th, Hart County Sheriff Boston Hensley, Deputies Jeff Wilson, Caleb Butler and Joey Cox responded to a complaint on Raider Hollow Ln in Munfordville. Twenty-Two marijuana plants were located with an estimated street value of $44,000, marijuana seeds and drug paraphernalia were seized. Arrested was 37-year-old James Puckett of Munfordville. Puckett was charged with Cultivating Marijuana over five plants and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Puckett was lodged in the Hart County Jail in lieu of $25,000 unsecured bond. According to Sheriff Hensley the investigation is ongoing and more arrests are expected.
