Wanda Nadine Lee Cooke, 62 of Campbellsville passed away Thursday, June 27, 2013 at Taylor Regional Hospital in Campbellsville.

The Warren County native was a daughter of the late John Douglas and Alma Bratcher Lee. Wanda was a 20 year member of Pond Creek Missionary Baptist Church and a former member of Dripping Springs Missionary Baptist Church. She was a registered nurse.

Survivors include her husband of 42 years, Eddie Michael Cooke. Four sons; Jeff Cooke, Joey Cooke, Troy Cooke, Ty Cooke; two daughters: Angela McDonald and Hannah Cooke . Seven grandsons,three  grandaughters,two great grandsons and one great granddaughter; three sisters Jacel Christian, Novice Cosby and Doris Belcher; one brother: Johnny Lee.

Funeral services will be 11:00 am Monday at Dripping Springs Missionary Baptist Church with Burial in Smiths Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be 10:00 AM- 8:00 PM Sunday and 9:00 AM  Monday at Hardy & son Funeral Home, Smiths Grove Chapel.
