In May and June of this year, the Barren-Hart-Metcalfe Kentucky Agency for Substance Abuse Policy Coalition, also known as KY-ASAP, conducted underage tobacco checks in Barren, Hart, and Metcalfe counties. This project was entitled “Reward and Remind.” This project was funded through the Cabinet for Health and Family Services and approved by the KY Alcoholic Beverages Control. The Director of KY-ASAP Marilyn Sink spoke to WCLU News about the details of the project.
