Carlos Delbert Turner, 74 of Bowling Green died Friday, June 21, 2013 at his residence. The Barren County native was a son of the late Herschel C and Lida Mae Gilmer Turner and preceded in death by a sister, Dora Mae Croslin. He was an auto mechanic and member of Hopewell Baptist Church.

 

Survivors include his son Ken Turner and daughter, Julia Turner; grandchildren, Olivia Embry and Landon D. Turner; brothers, John H. Turner and Roy Bryant Turner; sister, Bernice Sublett and Helen Maher; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel with burial in Highland Church Cemetery. Vistion 4:00-8:00 p.m. Monday and 9:00-10:00 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
