The Barren County Grand Jury recently handed down several indictments. Of those being. . .

Byron Caldwell, age 26 of Edmonton, and Nathaniel Titus Johnson, age 19 of Columbia, for Theft by Unlawful taking- a class D felony- and persistent felony offender, 1st degree.

Zachary Michael Shehan, age 22 of Glasgow and Nathan Christopher Gonzalez Jr., also age 22 and of Glasgow for receiving stolen property which is a class D felony and for persistend felony offender 2nd degree.

Sherry R Finn age 41, of Barrett Kentucky and David C Lovely age 37 of Garrett, Kentucky for two counts of possession of a controlled substance 1st degree, one count of possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree, possession of drug paraphernalia- a class A misdemeanor, controlled substance prescription not in original container- a class B misdemeanor and public intoxication- also a class B misdemeanor.

Nancy Lavern Neal, age 34 of Brooks and Robert Eugene Vance, age 41 of Louisville for trafficking in a controlled substance, 1st degree, methamphetamine- a class B felony; possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree- oxymorphone- a class C felony; possession of marijuana- a class A misdemeanor; carrying a concealed deadly weapon- a class A misdemeanor; possession of drug paraphernalia a class d felony; receiving stolen property under $500; possession of a controlled substance, 2nd degree- amphetamine- a class D felony; possession of a controlled substance, 2nd degree- hydrocodone- a class d felony; and possession of a controlled substance, 3rd degree- alprazolam- a class D felony.


An indictment is an accusation only. All defendants are innocent until and unless proven guilty.
