Friday Warren County Sheriff’s Office responded to a burglary

complaint at 1505 Fuqua Road. The complaint was a resident who was

awakened by a Hispanic male inside the home. The suspect fled with items

from the residence prior to Deputies arrival. The suspect was located

operating a vehicle on Browning Road intoxicated. The suspect was identified

as 27 year old Nicky Masao, of Bowling Green. Masao was found with the

stolen items in his pants pockets. Masao was placed under arrest and lodged

at the Warren County Regional Jail.

Nicky T. Masao is charged with DUI 1st, Possession

of Open Alcohol Beverage Inside Motor Vehicle, Burglary Second Degree,

Receiving Stolen Property U/$500.00, and other traffic offenses.
