DRUG AND DUI ARRESTS ON NATCHER PARKWAY EARLY FRIDAY MORNING PDF Print

Friday,  Warren County Sheriff’s Deputies made a traffic stop on

the William Natcher Parkway, just off of Nashville Road. The operator,

34 year old Tonya Allen of Bowling Green was arrested for DUI along with other

traffic offenses. A passenger, Timmie J. Latham, 29 of Franklin was arrested

for Public Intoxication and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Once at the

jail, suspected methamphetamine was located in one of Latham's socks.

Some suspected methamphetamine was also located in Tonya Allen's purse.

Both Latham and Allen were lodged at the Warren County Regional Jail.

Tonya Allen is charged with Careless Driving,

Failure to Produce Insurance Card, DUI 2nd (aggravated circumstances),

Operating on a Suspended License, Possession of Controlled Substance First

Degree, Second Offense Methamphetamine, and Promoting Contraband First

Degree.

Timmie J. Latham is charged with  Public

Intoxication Controlled Substances, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia,

Promoting Contraband First Degree, Possession of Controlled Substance

First Degree, Second Offense or more.
