ARREST IN CAVE CITY BREAK-IN INVESTIGATION PDF Print

A rash of car break ins had taken place over the weekend in Cave City. A

suspect has been arrested and lodged in the Barren County Detention Center.

An anonymous call had come into city hall on Monday the 29th that a

suspicious male was on private property at 202 Treble lane in the limits of

Cave City. Officer Terrill Riley responded to the call and found the

accused 41 year old Carl T Paul of Louisville KY was located there inside a

vacant camper. Paul was arrested for criminal trespass 3rd and receiving

stolen property U/ 500. It is believed that Paul is responsible for other

crimes in the city. Officer Riley was assisted by the Barren County Deputy

Robert Smith.
