TRANSPORTATION CABINET SPOKESPERSON ARRESTED FOLLOWING WRECK IN WARREN COUNTY PDF Print

A name familiar to the public as a spokesperson for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet District 3 office in Bowling Green is on the other side of the law following a traffic accident on Wednesday evening.

Around 11:00 P.M. Kentucky State Police responded to a collision on Fairview Boiling Springs Road in Warren County.

The driver,  47 year old  Keirsten Jaggers  of Smiths Grove, was traveling on Fairview Boiling Springs Road when she failed to negotiate a left hand turn at the intersection of Fairview Boiling Springs and Boiling Springs Road. Ms Jaggers then struck an earth embankment and came to final rest against a residence located in that vicinity.

Ms Jaggers was arrested on the following charges:

 

1. Reckless Driving

2. Criminal Mischief 1st

3. Wanton Endangerment 1st (Two Counts)

4. DUI 1st

5. Possession of Control Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense

6. Prescription Drug Not in Proper Container

7. Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

 

Ms Jaggers was lodged in the Warren County Regional Jail.

 

The investigation is still ongoing and  is being led by Trooper Shae Foley.

 

Today is Gayle Berry Day!!!  Gayle is retiring July 31 from the South Central Kentucky Cultural Center.  A reception is being held today from 1-3.
