WOMAN ARRESTED FOLLOWING WRECK ON ROSEVILLE ROAD PDF Print

The Barren County Sheriff’s Office responded to a wreck with possible injuries early Tuesday morning on Roseville Rd. Rebecca J. Coulter, 54, of Glasgow was traveling north in her 1995 Chevrolet passenger car when her vehicle began to go off the right shoulder of the roadway.

Coulter over corrected the vehicle sending it back across both lanes of travel into an embankment. The vehicle then went airborne, traveling approximately 50 ft.  The vehicle landed on its top, then continued to slide across a driveway into another embankment. Coulter had to be removed from the vehicle by mechanical means. She was transported to TJ Samson hospital for treatment of minor injuries by Barren Metcalfe EMS.

Coulter was placed under arrest for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs .08 aggravated offense after being released from the hospital. Deputy Adam Bow investigated the accident and was assisted by, KSP, Haywood VFD, Glasgow Fire Department, and Barren Metcalfe EMS.
