MAN CHARGED WITH RACING A MOTOR VEHICLE ON THE BYPASS PDF Print

At 1 am Monday morning police charged a 19 year old man with multiple offenses after two vehicles were racing on L Rogers Wells Blvd.  Dakota Anton Ballard of Willie Groce Road was charged with Racing A Motor Vehicle On A Public Highway, Too Many Passengers In A Motor Vehicle, Reckless Driving and Failure To Wear Seatbelts.  One vehicle turned off the bypass on highway 1297, but police caught up with the Ballard vehicle at Minit Mart.  At the time of the traffic stop there were 4 people in the front seat and 1 person in the rear seat.
