On Wednesday, March 20th Hart County Deputy Paul Reynolds arrested 19-year-old Ryan J. Waldeck of Horse Cave at his residence on a Hart County bench warrant for Contempt of Court. While attempting to serve the bench warrant Deputy Reynolds observed marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the residence. Waldeck was also charged with Possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess and lodged in the Hart County Jail.
