A deputy with the Warren County Sheriff's Office went to 1512 Copper Run Drive Monday night to serve a civil paper when he smelled the heavy odor of Marijuana coming from the residence.

A search warrant was obtained for the residence from the Warren County Attorney's Office. The search yielded a large quantity of marijuana, a large quantity of cash, and 2006 Mercedes automobile. 37 year old Damon Nelson, was arrested and lodged at the Warren County Regional Jail. He was charged with Trafficking Over 5 pounds of marijuana, Tampering With Physical Evidence, and Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia. The Warren County Drug Task Force assisted in the investigation.
