Hazel Page, 78, of Tompkinsville, KY, passed away Sunday, March 10th, at her residence. Hazel was born in Tompkinsville, KY on May 21, 1934, a daughter of the late Annie (Shaw)  and Albert Richard Ballard. She was married to Layton Page, who precedes her in death. She worked as a CNA at Monroe County Health and Rehab Center for 10 Years.

Hazel is  survived by six daughters, Debbie Patterson and friend, Truman Gearlds, of Tompkinsville, KY; Patricia  Schreckenghost and husband Ron, of Gallatin, TN.; Rachel Ferguson and husband Alton, of Tompkinsville, KY; Connie Huffman and husband Marty  of Glasgow, KY; Ruth Vibbert and husband  Edward, of Tompkinsville, KY; and Sandra Smith and husband Eddie of Tompkinsville, KY; a son, Harold Wendell Page, of Tompkinsville, KY; two step sons James Page and wife  Noma, of Cave City, KY; Darrell Page and wife Beverly of Bowling Green, KY;

Hazel is also survived by a sister, Brenda Clarkson and husband Dale of Tompkinsville, KY. and two brothers, Buster Ballard and wife  Vernell of Tompkinsville, KY and Randall  Ballard, of Tompkinsville, KY. Also surviving are 27 grandchildren, a host of great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at Yokley Trible Funeral Home at 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday.   Burial in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Visitation is Today (Tue) after 2:00 P.M. and Wednesday 6:00 A.M.-1:00 P.M. at Yokley Trible  Funeral Home.
