On Sunday, March 10^th at 7:26 pm, Glasgow Police observed a vehicle on West Main Street run off the road 3 times and the 4^th time, the passenger side of the car was all the way on the side walk.

Police followed the vehicle to EZ Tan and spoke to 55-year-old Linda Atwell of Glasgow. Her speech was slurred and her eyes did not react to light. She could not follow directions on the one leg stand and was very unsteady on her feet. Atwell stated that she was on pain meds for her back.

Atwell was arrested and charged with Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
