The Metcalfe County Grand Jury handed down several indictments recently.

Of those being:

One, Maurice L. Greenwell, age 48, of New Haven was indicted on 1 count of Cultivation of Marijuana, 5 or more Plants.

Kacey Morgan, age 21, of Horse Cave; and, Cody L. Morgan, age 19, of Cave City were both charged with Receiving Stolen Property Over $500 but less than $10,000…a Class D felony.

Timothy Ziegler, age 24, was indicted on 1 count of Manufacturing Methamphetamine and 1 count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Ryan Pilling, age 24, was indicted on 1 count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and 1 count of Manufacturing Methamphetamine.

Kimberly A. Harper, age 24, was indicted on 1 count of Manufacturing Methamphetamine and 1 count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Kenneth Eugene Welborn, age 32, of Glasgow, was indicted on 1 count of Theft By Unlawful Taking.

Michael Ray Shuffett, age 36, of Greensburg, was indicted on 1 count of Theft By Deception, $500 or More But Less than $10,000.

Ray Remour of Scottsville was indicted on 1 count of Theft By Deception, $500 or more but less than $10,000.

AND

Kyle M. Boston, age 21, of Edmonton was indicted on 1 count of Flagrant Non-Support…a Class D Felony.

Indictments do not indicate a conviction of a crime.  All that are charged are innocent until proven guilty.
