SINGLE CAR COLLISION ON KY 289 RESULTED IN WOMAN CITED TO COURT PDF Print

Trooper Casey Wethington is investigating a collison that occurred Thursday, February 28th at 4:18 PM EDT, 9 miles south of Lebanon on KY 289.  The collision occurred when a 2008 Saturn operated by 40-year-old Pamela Bennet of Campbellsville was traveling south on KY 289, dropped off the southbound shoulder of the roadway, entered the ditch and struck a rock wall.  Bennett was belted but was admitted to Taylor County Hospital for observation.  Her son, 5-year-old William Bennett was secured in a booster seat and was treated and released.  Pamela Bennett was cited to court for DUI 3rd, Endangering the Welfare of a Minor 1st Degree, Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree, Possession of Open Alcohol Beverage Container in a Motor Vehicle Prohibited, Failure to Produce Insurance Card and Failure to Maintain Insurance.
