Well it was as expected, a battle in the opening round of the girls 4^th regional tournament last night at Barren County High School.  The Glasgow Lady Scottties fell short in their bid to defend their regional title, as they lost to Bowling Green 49 to 46 in a match that literally came down to the last shot.  In the second contest it was Russell County holding off Franklin Simpson 59 to 56.
