Doris Marie Hazelwood, 61 of Adolphus passed away at 1:03am Saturday, February 23, 2013 at the T.J. Samson Comm. Hospital.  The Hart County native was the daughter of the late Logan & Nora Hatfield Horton.

She is survived by:

3 daughters-Teresa Lynn Horton of Scottsville

Melissa Marie Bryant of Munfordville

Tonya Hazelwood of Franklin

1 grandson-Max Bryant

4 brothers-Otis Horton of Horse Cave

5 sisters-Lorene Harvey & Judy Lane both of Hardyville

Funeral services for Doris Marie Hazelwood will be 1pm Tuesday in the chapel of Sego Funeral Home with burial in the Horse Cave Municipal Cemetery.  Visitation will be Monday from 2-8pm and after 8am Tuesday at the Sego Funeral Home until time for services.
