On Tuesday, February 19, Hart County Sheriff Boston Hensley executed a Warren County Bench Warrant on 31-year-old Bobby Allen Simmons of Bowling Green for failure to pay child support. Simmons was lodged in the Hart County Jail. Simmons had been entered in NCIC as a fugitive by Warren County.
