The 2013 Legislative session got underway in earnest last week with both chamber’s arriving in Frankfort to tackle many challenges for our state. WCLU News asked Representative Johnny Bell to sum up the feel he’s getting as the new leadership takes over in Frankfort: No Flash Player detected
