MAN ARRESTED FOR METH ON WILLIE GROCE ROAD PDF Print

A man was arrested Saturday following a drug investigation at a residence on Willie Groce Road. 56 year old Charles Steve Button was found hiding in a closet at the residence by members of the Barren County Sheriff’s Department and the Barren Edmonson County Drug Task Force.

Deputies also located an active meth lab, along with equipment and other ingredients used to manufacture methamphetamine. Button stated that the items found in the residence belonged to him.

Button was arrested and was charged with : Manufacturing Methamphetamine 1st Offense, Possession Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense, Unlawful Possession of Meth Precursor 1st Offense, and Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree. Button was lodged in the Barren County Correction Center.
