Janis M. Thompson 65 of Munfordville passed away Thursday, Jan. 31 at the T.J. Samson Comm. Hospital. She was a native of Indianapolis and  the daughter of the late Walter J. King & Marry Emma Hall King .

She was a retired employee of  the Lear Corporation.

Janis is survived by: Husband-Gary Thompson; 1 son-Johnathan Wayne Thompson of Munfordville; 1 daughter-Amanda Richard of Indianapolis; 1 sister-Sharon Justine Earl of Indianapolis; 4 grandchildren also survive

There will be no visitation or services, as the family chose cremation.
