Kentucky Agriculture Commissioner James Comer is on a statewide tour to promote the Kentucky Farm Ag Tag program. Thursday he addressed a large number of 4-H and FFA Students and Kentucky Proud Producers assembled in the fiscal court chambers. Commissioner Comer first explained the program:
