Brittany Alexandra Maddox, 21 of Louisville, KY died Monday, January 28, 2013 in Louisville.

Born in Louisville she is the daughter of Warren Dean Maddox and Jennifer Sturdivant Collins (Fiancé John Spellman) both of Louisville.

Other survivors include 3 sisters Amber Wells (Fiancé  Jaimy Waddell), Christine Maddox and Danielle Maddox all of Louisville; a special Friend Ron Spadie of Louisville; paternal grandmother Pauline Pedro of Louisville; Several step-siblings, aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Loretta Pitcock (Elzie) and Jewell Sturdivant and paternal grandfather Junior Pedro.

Funeral services will be 11:00am CST Friday, February 1, 2013 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Henderson Cemetery.

Visitation will be after 2:00pm CST Thursday at the funeral home.
