Timothy Milton Best age 65 of Glasgow,  Kentucky died Friday January 25, 2013 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green.   He was the son of the late Henry H. and Ola Hancock Best.   Tim was the music director from 1970 until 1986 in the Metcalfe County School System.   Tim's service to God included forty years of service as Minister of Music beginning and ending at the Edmonton Baptist Church where he was a member and also including  Calvary Baptist Church and Cave City Baptist Church.     Tim is survived by his wife Carolyn Day Best and one son Joshua Best both of Glasgow.  Two sisters;  Beverly Foster  and Thelma Good both of Owensboro.   Other survivors include several nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, former students and KBC Mens Chorale.   Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother James Alvey Leisure.  Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM  Tuesday at the Edmonton Baptist Church with burial in the Edmonton Cemetery.   Visitation will be held from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM  Monday at Butler Funeral Home in Edmonton and after 10:00 AM  Tuesday at the church. In lieu of flowers alternate expressions of sympathy can be made to the Best for the Bests fund at Edmonton State Bank or left at Butler Funeral Home. Expressions can also be made to the Edmonton Baptist Church Building fund or a charity of your choice.
