18-YEAR-OLD ARRESTED FOR RACING IN GLASGOW PDF Print

On Sunday, January 13th at approximately 1:30 am, the Glasgow Police Department observed 18-year-old Quentin B Taylor of Glasgow traveling east on Happy Valley Road going 80 MPH in a 45 MPH zone – confirmed by radar.

Upon contact with Taylor, he stated that he knew how fast he was going, and stated that he was racing another vehicle, that had been stopped by Kentucky State Police.

Taylor was arrested, handcuffed, FIT tested, double locked, and transported to the Barren County Jail on charges of Speeding – 35 mph over limit, reckless driving, and racing motor vehicle on public highway.
