Due to a line break on Columbia Avenue on December 31st, Customers living from Davis St. to New Salem Rd. on Columbia Avenue were placed under a precautionary Boil Water Advisory.  Also, a separate break on Green Hills Dr. caused customers living on Green Hills Dr. to be placed under a precautionary Boil Water Advisory.  Assistant Water Company manager Billy Carver told WCLU local news that both of these boil water advisories have now been lifted.  All of the testing is complete and the water is safe for use once again for all customers of the Glasgow Water Company.
