Gilbert Frank Niehaus 69 of Owensboro, KY died Sunday December 30, 2012 at his brother's home in Glasgow after an illness. He was the son of the late Frank Edward and Virginia Long Niehaus. Mr. Niehaus was self employed and was a Vietnam veteran serving in the U.S. Army. He was a member of the Crooked Creek Cooking Community Charity Organization.

Survivors include Gill and Linda Bosely; 2 brothers John Niehaus (Tammy) of Glasgow and Joe Niehaus (Doris) of Owensboro and a sister Nancy Brown (Bob) of Apple Valley, MN.

The family has chosen cremation and a memorial service will be scheduled at a later date. A. F. Crow & Son is in charge of arrangements.
