Law enforcement will be out in force this Christmas holiday, as part of their "Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over" campaign.

Last year, there were 962 crashes, which caused 219 injuries and three deaths during the Christmas holiday, according to Kentucky State Police Trooper Michael Webb, so they want to reduce those numbers.

Webb says you can expect to see more police presence, traffic safety checkpoints and other high visibility enforcement activity, to crack down on impaired drivers.

He adds, the campaign will actually continue through New Year's Day.
