ARREST MADE THIS MORNING FOR SOUTH CENTRAL BANK ROBBERY PDF Print

The Bowling Green Police Department arrested James L Russell in connecting with the robbery of South Central Bank on Nashville Road.  Russell allegedly entered South Central Bank on Monday, Dec. 17, demanding money and told a teller he had an explosive in his pocket.  South Central Kentucky Crime Stoppers received a tip implicating Russell however police were not able to locate him.  On Tuesday, Dec. 18, Kentucky Vehicle Enforcement stopped a vehicle in which Russell was riding and arrested him on unrelated charges.

Bowling Green Police Detective Ryan Dillon charged Russell with Robbery, 1st Degree, this morning.
