4 MEN ARRESTED FOR ROBBERY IN MOBILE HOME PARK PDF Print

On Tuesday, December 18th, at 11:41 pm, Warren County Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to Green Valley Mobile Home Park Lot 37 for an armed robbery in progress. Two male subjects, one wearing a red hoodie armed with a knife and another wearing a gray hoodie armed with a handgun, made entry into the residence and held the two victims at gun point while robbing them. These men were 19-year-old Jerry Cuzick of Bowling Green and 19-year-old Kaeleb Boaz of Elkton. One victim (this was a juvenile) was struck in the head with the pistol and was later transported to the Medical Center of Bowling Green by EMS for treatment. When deputies arrived on the scene the perpetrators had already fled the scene on foot. Deputies conducted a neighborhood canvas and were able to locate the perpetrators in Lot 94. Cuzick and Boaz were placed under arrest and lodged in the Warren County Regional Jail. During the investigation, the handgun and knife used in the commission of the crime as well as the property taken were recovered. Through investigation, after the initial arrest of the two main suspects, it was later determined that 28-year-old Michael Miller and 19-year-old Steven Hayes both of Bowling Green were complicit in the commission of the robbery.

Cuzick’s charges included: Robbery First Degree, Assault Second Degree, Tampering with Physical Evidence, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Boaz’s charges included: Robbery First Degree and a Logan County District Counrt warrant for Possession of Marijuana, Fleeing or Evading Police, DrugParaphernalia, and No Operator’s License.

Miller’s charges included: Robbery First Degree (Complicity).

 

Hayes’s charges included: Robbery First Degree (Complicity) and Tampering With Physical Evidence.

The investigation is ongoing.
