Mrs. Amie Lay Ross, age 89 of Burkesville passed away Monday December 17, 2012 at the Cumberland Valley Manor in Burkesville, Ky.

She is survived by her daughters, Margaret Runner of Chaplin, Ky., Caroline (and Bro. Raymond) Castillo of Burkesville, and her son, Connie Dale Ross of Shelbyville, Ky. her sisters: Wilma Mobley of Harrodsburg, Ky. and Virginia Isham of Lawrenceburg, Ky, her brother Leo Lay of Willisburg, Ky. Five Grandsons, Three Step-Granddaughters, Eleven Great-Grandchildren, and Five Step-Great Grandchildren also survive.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Amie Ross will be conducted at the Chapel of The Willisburg Evergreen Cemetery in Willisburg, Kentucky, Thursday December 20, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time with burial there after the service.

Visitation will be after 3:00 p.m. Central Time Wednesday December 19, at Norris-New Funeral Home in Burkesville and the body will lie in state after 1:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on Thursday at the Cemetery Chapel until the Service. Professional service provided by Norris-New Funeral Home in Burkesville, Kentucky
