WARREN COUNTY ACCIDENT YESTERDAY RESULTS IN ONE SENT TO THE HOSPITAL PDF Print

On Monday, December 17, 2012 at approximately 5:55 pm, 40-year-old Susan C. Bandy of Central City KY, was operating a 2008 Chevrolet Equinox northbound on the William Natcher Parkway, near the 17 mile marker. Mrs Bandy stated she looked away from the roadway to adjust the temperature gauge in her vehicle and struck a 2004 Chrysler PT Cruiser in the rear end which was being operated by 63-year-old Shirley Brince of Morgantown, KY, also traveling northbound on the William Natcher Parkway.

Ms. Brince was transported to the Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY where she was treated and released. The passengers in Ms. Brince's vehicle, 33-year-old Jerome Brince of Morgantown, KY and Ann Layne also of Morgantown, KY were not injured in the accident.

Mrs. Bandy refused treatment at the scene.

The collision is being investigated by Trooper Gregory Dukes
