MAN ARRESTED FOR CARELESS DRIVING AND POSSESSION OF PRESCRIPTION MEDICINE ON SUNDAY PDF Print

Glasgow Police Officers arrested a man at the South Gate Minit Mart Sunday, December 16th just before 1 am. Officers observed a black Ford swerving on S.L. Rogers Wells Blvd in Glasgow. Officer Joseph Elmore made contact with the driver, 27-year-old Christopher Timmons of Lucas and was advised by Timmons that he had no insurance. Timmons also stated that he had Suboxen and they were not in the original container. Police were given permission to search the vehicle and found more prescription drugs out of their original container.

Christopher Timmons was charged with Careless Driving, No/Expired registration plate, failure to maintain insurance, possession of a controlled substance 1st degree – 1st offense, possession of a controlled substance 2nd degree – 1st offense, and possession of prescription controlled substance not in original container 1st offense. Timmons was arrested and transported to the Barren County Jail.
