WKU-GLASGOW OFFERING SCHOLARSHIP FOR WINNING ESSAY PDF Print

WKU-Glasgow will be hosting an essay contest that is for high school seniors in high schools at the following counties: Adair, Allen, Barren, Clinton, Cumberland, Edmonson, Green, Metcalfe, Monroe, and Russell. Guidelines for the essay contest have been sent to superintendents, high school principals, and high school guidance counselors in all high schools in the aforementioned counties. The contest will end on January 22, 2013, and the winner of the contest will receive a one-time only $1000 scholarship exclusively for WKU-Glasgow courtesy of the College Heights Foundation at WKU. The winner of the contest will also have the opportunity to read aloud his or her essay at the Quarterly Breakfast with the Barren County-Glasgow Chamber of Commerce, WKU President Gary Ransdell, and WKU-Director Sally Ray on April 19, 2013.
