Heart County Officials investigated a complaint of drug activity. On Thursday, Kentucky State Police responded to Broadford Road on an incomplete 911 call. KSP made contact with Nathaniel Web. While at the residence, a strong odor of marijuana was detected. A search uncovered the possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, hydrocodone and a fire arm.

He was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense, Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense (Enhancement), Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Marijuana (Enhancement), Drug Paraphernalia - Buy/Possess, & Drug Paraphernalia - Buy/Possess (Enhancement).

Webb was taken to the Hart County Jail.
