The Barren Fiscal Court had a brief meeting last night with mostly routine business conducted.  There were two ordinances that passed on first reading setting speed limits on Fox Trail and Clubhouse Lane.  Judge Executive Davie Greer read the particulars on the ordinances at the meeting
