26-YEAR-OLD BOWLING GREEN MAN ARRESTED ON 3 FIREARM-RELATED CHARGES PDF Print E-mail

On Thursday, November 29, 2012 at 9:45 A.M. Kentucky State Police Post 3 Troopers arrested Mark W. Basham (26) of Bowling Green, Kentucky and charged him the following charges:

  1. Receiving Stolen Property- Firearms (Two Counts)
  2. Possession of a Firearm by A Convicted Felon (Two Counts)
  3. Possession of a Defaced Firearm

The charges were the result of an investigation led by Trooper First Class Tomie Walters.  TFC Walters received information that the firearms were located at 2162 Pondsville-Kepler Road in Warren County, Kentucky.  These firearms were taken in a burglary that had occurred on or about November 20. 2012.

TFC Tomie Walters is leading the investigation.  He was assisted on scene by Master Trooper Terry Alexander and Trooper First Class Jonathan McChesney.

Mark Basham was lodged in the Warren County Detention Center.
