Barbara Ann Puckett, 67 of Munfordville passed away Saturday morning at the University Hospital in Louisville.  She was a daughter of the late Ervin O’Neal & Mable Comstock O’Neal and the wife of the late Chester Puckett.
She was a retired employee of the Hart Co. School System as a cook at the high school.

She is survived by:
2 Sons-David Puckett of Horse Cave
Chester Puckett of Bonnieville
1 daughter-Rita Hatcher of Cave City
2 brothers-Robert O’Neal of Munfordville
Jimmy O’Neal of Horse Cave
1 sister-Mary O’Neal of Munfordville
3 grandchildren & 3 great-grandchildren also survive

Funeral services for Barbara Ann Puckett will be 1pm Monday in the chapel of Sego Funeral Home with Bro. Bobby Neal officiating.  Burial will be in the Munfordville Separate Baptist Church Cemetery.  Visitation will be Sunday from 1-8pm and after 8am Monday at the Sego Funeral home.
