Burnell Turner Emberton, age 88 of Tompkinsville died Thursday, November 15, 2012 at Monroe county Medical Center.  She is survived by seven sons; Roger Ted Emberton, Jimmy Darrell Emberton Albert Emberton and Michael Wayne Emberton of Tompkinsville, David Leon Emberton of Celina, Morris Lynn Emberton of Glasgow and Joe Edward Emberton of Fountain Run; One daughter Gearldine Pennington of Tompkinsville.  Three brothers, Rex, Eugene and Glendall Turner all of Tompkinsville; 3 sisters Geneva Jennings and Christing Birge of Tompkinsville and Dean Carter of Nashville.  22 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.

Services for Burnell Turner Emberton will be Sunday at 2 pm at Strode Funeral Home in Tompkinsville, burial in the Monroe County Memorial  Lawn .  Memorials are suggested to Hospice of Southern Kentucky.
