Homer Lee Campbell, 66, of Cave City passed away at 9:25 AM, Monday, November 12, 2012 at T. J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow.  He was a native of Nashville, Tenneesee and a retired truck driver.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Bertha Mae Nelson Campbell and several brothers and sisters.

Survivors Include

2 Daughters: Leticia Rickman and husband, Dalton, and Teresa Talley and husband, Doug, all of Texas.

1 Son: Stacey Campbell, of Texas

6 Grandchildren

1 Great-Grandson

A special friend: Letha Norris, of Pennsylvania.

Funeral Services:   Winn Funeral Home Chapel: Monday, November 19, 2012 at 2 PM with burial to follow in Cosby Cemetery.  Visitation at Winn Funeral Home Chapel: Sunday, 6 PM - 8 PM and after 9 AM Monday, until service time.
