Some residents in Cave City are waking up today with a boil water advisory.  The Caveland Environmental Authority says that due to a traffic accident, a fire hydrant was damaged on the Whitney Woods Drive.  Because of this Caveland Environmental Authority customers on Whitney Woods Drive should boil water for the next 24 hours  .  Authorities have sent a sample for testing and the advisory should be lifted  early Thursday morning.
