AREAS OF DENSE FOG HAVE FORMED IN THE CUMBERLAND VALLEY REGION OF

SOUTH CENTRAL KENTUCKY THIS MORNING. WITH TEMPERATURES SOLIDLY

BELOW FREEZING...THE DENSE FOG COULD FREEZE TO SURFACES INCLUDING

ROADWAYS. MOTORISTS ARE URGED TO USE CAUTION IF TRAVELING THIS

MORNING AS PATCHES OF BLACK ICE COULD FORM IN AREAS OF DENSE FOG.

THE MOST LIKELY LOCATIONS FOR THIS TO OCCUR WILL BE NEAR LARGER

BODIES OF WATER. ANY DENSE FOG OR BLACK ICE SHOULD DIMINISH

SHORTLY AFTER SUNRISE AS TEMPERATURES CLIMB BACK ABOVE FREEZING.
