A Smiths Grove man who escaped from an Edmonson County deputy jailer on Friday night turned himself in on Saturday

18 year old Casey D. Coleman  of Smiths Grove, KY was being transported to the Warren County Jail Friday evening  and was able to free himself from his restraint device and  escaped after a brief altercation.

On Saturday, morning at  11:27 A.M. Casey  Coleman turned himself to the Warren County Jail.

Coleman was originally arrested on a Warren County Warrant for Wanton Endangerment 1st.
