HUMAN TRAFFICKING ARRESTS MADE IN BOWLING GREEN SEX CRIMES CASE PDF Print

The Bowling Green Police Department is investigating a Human Trafficking case.

On Wednesday, October 17, 2012, the Bowling Green Police Department was notified, by a juvenile’s mother, of a potential sex crime.  The mother told police her 13 year old daughter admitted to having sex with an adult two weeks ago.

During the investigation, it was discovered Rose Marie Woolbright received money from Pedro Lopez Diaz in exchange for sex with the juvenile while Woolbright also admitted to participating in a sex act with Diaz and the juvenile.  Woolbright told detectives she also allowed Chad Simmons to perform oral sex on the juvenile.  The 13 year old is a relative of Ms. Woolbright and was in her care when the alleged actions occurred.

The Bowling Green Police Department has arrested the following people in this case:

Charged with:

Human Trafficking

Sodomy 2nd Degree

Unlawful Transaction with a Minor 1st Degree

 

Chad Wayne Simmons

333 Fairview Boiling Springs Rd

Bowling Green KY

Charged with:

Sodomy 2nd Degree (2 counts)

Unlawful Transaction with a Minor 1st Degree (2 counts)
