On Saturday, October 20^th, at 5 pm, Glasgow Police observed 38-year-old Heather Burd’s vehicle traveling west on Lexington Drive with expired tags. Upon contact with Burd, she admitted that there was no insurance. Burd was charged with Failure of Owner to Maintain required insurance 1^st offense, and No or Expired Registration Plates. Burd was a court  date of November 2^nd, 2012.
